The ivory ground is filled with finely repeated boteh and floral diamond motifs in deep navy, soft terracotta and muted red, creating a wonderfully detailed and rhythmic pattern throughout the length of the rug. A striking red-toned border with intricate geometric elements frames the central field, adding strong definition and timeless character.

NATURAL 100% WOOL OR NATURAL FIBRES
All our Persian rugs and carpets are made with 100% wool from sheep or goats belonging to pastoral nomads who inhabit the Zargos Mountain Range in Iran. The flocks are herded during the spring months to the cooler climates of the high mountain plateaus and valleys, where the grass is abundant and rich in minerals. The fleeces grow thick and produce a lustrous wool, fine in texture and when spun, using many natural dyes, which have a high colour saturation.
